Offers & Prices for Procedural Accompaniment

The spectrum of our services mainly ranges from accompaniment to support in the drafting of applications and pleadings, as well as representation and communication with the authorities. This also includes assistance in cross-border proceedings.

The overview below represents an orientation of the range of services and costs and is based on average estimates:

Accompaniment of an application procedure for a residence permit: approx. 150 – 300 €

Accompaniment of a recognition procedure: approx. 150 – 400 €

Accompaniment of a settlement permit: approx. 150 – 400 €

Accompaniment of a naturalisation procedure: approx. 200 – 500 €

Accompanying a family reunification procedure: approx. 200 – 500 €

Accompanying an asylum procedure: approx. 200 – 800 €

Accompaniment of other procedures: on request

Our assistance does not include advice on a legal situation in the sense of the RVG. If you are unsure about your chances of winning a case and are looking for advice on your individual legal situation, we can refer you to experienced and specialised lawyers on request. Prices may differ from the above depending on the complexity and time required.

Support is provided digitally, but can also be provided in person on request in necessary situations, which would also involve additional costs. In particularly complex or escalating proceedings, which involve a combination of several proceedings and a high amount of work, the prices may vary; any additional lawyer’s fees that may be necessary are not included in the above estimate. In consideration of the fact that court proceedings can cause additional considerable costs, we try to cooperate with our clients with lawyers who charge according to the RVG.

The service is offered via our platform by prospective lawyers or affected persons who have themselves gone through several residence proceedings and have already been accompanying residence proceedings on a voluntary, pro bono or commercial basis for several years. Depending on the degree of professional training and experience, the freelancers and self-employed persons charge an hourly rate of 25-50 Euro. In very complex cases or if legal proceedings already exist, cooperation with lawyers can also be offered. In addition to freelancers, self-employed persons and lawyers, we also cooperate with external service providers in the supervision and support of proceedings. The external service providers charge their own package prices.
