The spectrum of our services mainly includes business consulting in the sense of optimising the business model, accompanying change and transformation processes, as well as supporting by foundings. We are also happy to support cross-border projects and assist with the first steps in communicating with German authorities, implementing German accounting and familiarising the necessary bureaucratic processes.

The overview below represents an orientation of the range of services and costs and is based on average estimates:

Assistance in setting up a Limited/GmbH: approx. 200 – 800 € (in Germany)

Assistance with the drafting of a contract or form: approx. 100 – 300 €.

Setting up a homepage:depending on type and need

Optimisation of the business model and/or digital presence: depending on type and need

Support in implementing digitalisation projects: depending on type and need

Support is provided digitally, but can also be provided in person on request in necessary situations, which would also involve additional costs. In particularly complex cases involving a large amount of work, the estimates shown above may differ. The above price overview does not include any additional notary fees that may be necessary.

The service is offered via our platform by trained professionals in the fields of business administration, finance, IT, data analysis and prospective lawyers. In addition to freelancers and self-employed persons, we also cooperate with external service providers in the supervision and support of projects. The external providers charge their own package prices. We explicitly do not provide advice on a legal situation in the sense of the RVG.
